Welcome to Valora Gaming. By using our website, store (store.valoragaming.com), documentation, Discord servers and FiveM scripts you agree to the following terms.

1. About us

Valora Gaming is a Balkan FiveM brand that develops premium FiveM scripts (for ESX, QB and Qbox), runs a Roleplay server and provides documentation, a store and support.

2. Products and purchases

Scripts and digital products are purchased and delivered through the official Tebex store. Delivery is instant after payment. Payments are processed by Tebex under its own terms.

3. License

The standard license covers use on a single server. Reselling, redistributing, sharing or leaking protected code is not allowed. For use on multiple servers or in a community, an extended license is arranged — reach out on the Dev Discord.

4. Updates and support

Updates are free and arrive through the same Tebex package. Every customer gets access to the Dev Discord and help with installation and bugs.

5. Refunds

As these are digital products with instant delivery, refunds after download are generally not possible. If a script does not work as described, we fix it — that is part of the package. Please contact us before requesting a refund.

6. Intellectual property

All code, design, logo, graphics and content are the property of Valora Gaming unless stated otherwise. A purchase grants a right to use under the license, not ownership of the code.

7. Roleplay server and Discord

Participation in the Valora Roleplay server and Discord communities is subject to separate rules published in those communities.

8. Limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Valora Gaming is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the scripts.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes are announced on the site or Discord. Continued use means acceptance of the changes.
